Dangerous Wheat Allergies and Intollerances Can Affect You

Did you know that grains are actually among the first "processed foods" in the human diet? Eventually they became a mainstay in the Diet of Most americans. Grains are milled so that they can be eaten. In other words they are not eaten in their most natural states like fruits, vegetables or even meats. Even with the milling wheat can be the hardest of the foods for you r body to process. The body tries to deal with wheat but its complexity for the body's digestive system can cause a lot of allergic and autoimmune issues.

The most dangerous disease asscoaited with wheat is celiac disease, which is an autoimmune disease in which people simply cannot handle the gluten, a stong and very difficult to digest protein that is present in the wheat, as well as rye and even in barley which often found in beer. Even if you do not have celiac you will find that the majority of people have some reaction to the digestion of wheat, the most common is bloating and upset stomach as well as mild nausea. The reaction of gluten is that it will damage teh intestinal lining of almost all people and even most animals as well.

Why Is wheat So Tough On The Body

The intestinal walls of a really good and healthy digestive tract are lined with villi, and these are what help your body to absorb nutrients. Wheat has heavy gluten that damages the villi and your absorption rate goes way down. Your body will experience many different problems once the villi are hurt and not able to fully do their job. This could include fatigue, abdominal hurting and bloating and even ratining water. The result is a slowing metabloic rate that result in major belly fat and weight loss issues.

If you feel that wheat may be causing your ibs or bloating or other issues then we storngly suggest that you eliminate wheat from your diet for about 14 days. Many times you will notice more upset stomach and bowel issues when you first stop that lasts for a few days, alomost like and addict coming off his posin. The reaction will diminish slowly and then completely go away. After the two weeks we suggest that you slowly and mildly bring back in wheat into your diet by trying a small amount of cereal or something like bread that heavy in wheat. If you have a reaction then you will know for sure that the wheat was causing it. many times, even if your body was having a reaction, the break away from wheat will allow your body time enough to heal and your body may even allow you to bring back wheat into your diet without consequences.

It takes about 3 days for the lining of the intestinal walls to fully turn over. This is why you will sometimes feel bad for several days even after you quit eating wheat. Go wheat free can make you feel a ton better but for most you don't have to go wheat free just use less wheat in your diet and the results will be very strong
